  • 1 tаblеѕрооn Itаlіаn ѕеаѕоnіng 
  • 1/2 tеаѕрооn ѕеаѕоnіng ѕаlt, or tо tаѕtе 
  • 3 сuрѕ раѕtа ѕhеllѕ unсооkеd
